Once logged into Creative Studio, the system redirects to the Projects page.

Note

Note: The Project List is empty on first login. Each newly created project will be added to the list.

The page includes the following:

  • New project: Opens the window for configuring a new ad project.

  • Search box: Finds an existing project based on its name and description. To search, enter search term and press Enter key.

  • Filter: Allows to switch between active projects and archived projects.

  • Project List: Comprises the projects that a user created. It has five columns that enable users to track and interact with the creative projects:

    • Project Name: Provides a link to a project. Clicking on the link opens a project in the authoring interface of Creative Studio.

    • Format: Provides information about the media format and dimensions (in pixels) of a project.

    • Created: Displays the creation date of a project. Clicking its header will sort the list by creation date from the latest to the oldest and vice versa.

    • Last Modified: Displays the date when a project was last modified. Clicking its header will sort the list by creation date from the latest to the oldest and vice versa.

    • Action: Provides additional commands for managing projects. The commands include:

      • Edit: Opens a project in the authoring interface of Creative Studio.

      • Preview: Opens the Preview page of a project.

      • Archive: Removes a project from the list of active projects.

Note

Note: Projects cannot be deleted but rather can be archived so they may be reopened at a later time.

If there are more than 20 projects in the projects list, then pagination controls will be displayed. Select from a number of projects to display at a time or cycle through the projects to move through the list quickly.

Creating a new project

  1. On the Projects List page, click New Project. The New Project panel will display on the right-hand side of the screen.

  1. Fill out the Project Name. While this field is automatically filled with untitled as the project name, it is recommended to give a project a meaningful name. It can still be changed later.

  2. Define the Dimensions by:

    1. filling out the width and height on the Custom size option or

    2. selecting the predefined options.

  3. Click Next to create the new project and proceed to the authoring page of Creative Studio.
