Although Tag Manager for Sizmek Advertising Suite is on the roadmap, advertisers that traffic campaigns in MDX-NXT can still receive reporting information in Sizmek Advertising Suite for their retargeting tags, conversion tags, and 3rd party tags.

The following list includes conditions for accessing tags in Sizmek Advertising Suite:

  • Retargeting tags, conversion tags, and 3rd party tags are managed in MDX2.0 only.
  • Advertisers that want to track tags in Sizmek Advertising Suite must be migrated from MDX2.0. This migration ensures that the advertiser and brand IDs are maintained between MDX2.0 and Sizmek Advertising Suite. By keeping the same IDs, the events that are tracked in Sizmek Advertising Suite campaigns will be attributed to the activities on the advertiser site/landing pages.
  • Any advertiser can continue to use their tags on Sizmek Advertising Suite without any new tag setup or migration.
  • New advertisers that want to track tags in Sizmek Advertising Suite must be set up in MDX2.0 first and then migrated to Sizmek Advertising Suite. After this migration, any tag management in MDX2.0 for this advertiser will be reflected in Sizmek Advertising Suite reporting.
