Follow these steps if you want to see Verification data in Sizmek Verification reports:

  1. Generate a Verification tracking tag in the Sizmek Advertising Suite platform.

  2. Add the tag as a 3rd party tracking tag in the platform where you run your campaigns.

  3. Map the external media details in the Sizmek Advertising Suite platform.

Generate a Verification Tracking Tag

To collect Verification data, you must define an account, advertiser, campaign, and placement, and then generate a Verification tracking tag.

Create a New Account

Note

Note: You only create a new account once.

Procedure
  1. Select Admin > Accounts.

  2. Click New Account.

  3. Complete the mandatory fields, Name and Office.

  4. For the Account Types field, select Campaign Management. This assignment marks the account as a billing account.

  5. In the Settings section:

    1. In the Billing tab, complete the Billing Address and Billing Contact.

    2. In the Analytics tab, in the Verification Data Collection Mode box, select Advanced. This setting will be inherited by all new advertisers created under this account.

    3. Under Viewability, you can customize the thresholds for ad surface and ad duration to meet your account definition.

      Note

Note: For Advanced verification, you can configure advertiser-level thresholds. If thresholds are configured for the campaign on both the advertiser and account, the recordable rate should be the same for all three levels (IAB, Advertiser and Account), but different viewability rates apply according to the thresholds. For more information, see Advertiser and Brand Setup Settings.

      Note

Note: Default viewability thresholds follow the IAB definition (for example, 50% of the ad area for at least 1 second).

  6. Click Save.

Create a New Advertiser

Procedure
  1. From the account, select Advertisers.
