As a user, you can update your profile settings, for example, name and email address (depending on your account permissions), and change your password.
After you log in to Amazon Ad Server (AAS) for the first time, you will be asked to agree to the Amazon Ad Server (AAS) terms and conditions and change your password.
If you forget your password, the Forgot Password? link enables you to enter your username and receive a reset password notification. Check your email and enter the verification code. Note that this verification code is always sent to user's email and not via SMS since this process is not part of the MFA.
Multiple failed login attempts will lock the user's account. An error message will pop up with instructions to self unlock your account.
Otherwise, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
For more information about unlocking a user, see Work with users.
Note: When logged in on behalf of another user (impersonation), this feature will be hidden due to security rules.
Internal: If you are logging in using impersonation, the “Amazon DSP username” field will be hidden and you won’t be able to connect your DSP account
If you wish to map your AAS advertisers to ADSP advertisers for creative trafficking, you must first connect your ADSP account.
Click Connect Amazon DSP, you will be prompted to fill in your ADSP username and password to authorize the connection. Once the connection is established, you will see your ADSP username displayed.
If you wish to disconnect your Amazon account, click Disconnect Amazon DSP. Once disconnected, you will not be able to use ADSP Connect to sync placements from AAS to ADSP.
