As a user, you can update your profile settings, for example, name and email address (depending on your account permissions), and change your password.
-
After you log in to Amazon Ad Server (AAS) for the first time, you will be asked to agree to the Amazon Ad Server (AAS) terms and conditions and change your password.
-
If you forget your password, the Forgot Password? link enables you to enter your username and receive a reset password notification. Check your email and enter the verification code. Note that this verification code is always sent to user's email and not via SMS since this process is not part of the MFA.
Multiple failed login attempts will lock the user's account. An error message will pop up with instructions to self unlock your account.
Otherwise, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
For more information about unlocking a user, see Work with users.
