A: After six consecutive failed login attempts, your user account is locked. To unlock your user account, please contact your customer success manager or Sizmek Support.

A: By default, sites in Sizmek Ad Suite are not accounts and cannot be created with users. Please contact Sizmek Support so that they can create a placeholder account and then assign to the site. Users can then be created in the placeholder account and they can generate reports.
A: An account administrator can add a new user to an account, edit user information, enable user permissions, and reset a user's password. For additional permissions, contact your customer success manager.
