As a user, you can update your profile settings, for example, name and email address, and change your password.
After you log in to the Sizmek Ad Suite for the first time, you will be asked to agree to the platform terms and conditions and change your password.
If you forget your password, the Reset Password link enables you to enter your email address and receive a reset password notification.
After six consecutive failed login attempts, your user account is locked. To unlock your user account, please contact client services.
