An account administrator can add a new user to an account, edit user information, enable user permissions, and reset a user's password.
A user’s permissions define what the user can view and do in the system. An administrator can grant a user permissions or permission sets. An account administrator can also revoke permissions per user.
The permissions that you can grant depend on your administration level. For example, if your administration level is defined as Account Admin, you can only grant users account admin level permissions.
A permission set is a group of permissions that are granted to users. When users are assigned a permission set, they are assigned all of the individual permissions that make up the permission set.
Any changes that are made to a permission set do not affect the permissions users were granted. If permissions are added or removed from the permission set, the administrator should grant the permission set again to all users who received that permission set previously.
