User setup settings enable customer success managers and client administrators to manage users that access the Sizmek Ad Suite, user login credentials, and so on.
Users that want to access the Sizmek API must be added as an API user to their account. Once you add an API user, an API key is generated, and should be sent to the user. The API key must be included in the authentication header in each API call.
Important: Before you begin, verify that the API terms and agreement check box is selected for the account to which the user belongs.
Select the Standard API user check box, and then click Save.
Click Generate API Key.
Copy the key that is generated and send to the user. This key must be included in the authentication header in each API call.
The following Sizmek roles are available for users:
Sales Manager: This is a standard role for Sizmeksales team users. It is also displayed under Sizmek contacts at the account, advertiser, and campaign levels.
Client Services: This is a standard role for customer success managers. It is also displayed under Sizmek contacts at the account, advertiser, and campaign levels as either Client Services Manager or Creative Solutions Specialist.
