Users have three consecutive attempts to log into Sizmek Ad Suite. If a user exceeds the maximum number of attempts, their user account is locked, and they can no longer log into Sizmek Ad Suite.

To unlock the account, the user must send a request to Sizmek Support or to their customer success manager.

Once the user sends the request, Sizmek Support/client services should unlock the user by clicking Unlock. If the user does not remember the password, Sizmek Support/client services can resend the Welcome notification. This enables the user to reset their password, and to try to log into Sizmek Ad Suite again.
