Overview

Rapid Creative provides a set of ad templates that you can make into your own ads by selecting a template, customizing the different components and attributes, and proceeding to serve the ad.

You create the Rapid Creative templates from your Ad Builder ads. Saving an ad as a Rapid Creative template populates the ad's components and attributes into a table. Then, you can proceed to select the options to include in your new Rapid Creative template.

Rapid Creative is useful to publishers and self-service media clients who own assets, but have limited resources for custom creative work. Using Rapid Creative allows trading desk, agencies, and advertisers, which do not have dedicated or skilled creative agencies, to create multiple ads within short deadlines. Rapid Creative ads can be reused, saving time for creative agencies.

Procedure

  1. In Ad Builder, build your ad or template.

  2. Click Save > Save as Rapid Creative Template.

  3. In the Create Rapid Creative dialog box, select the categories to include or exclude in the template:

    • Layout: Includes the component name, width, height, positioning, and visibility.

    • Design: Includes the component look-and-feel, for example, colors and fonts.

    • Content: Includes component linked assets, such as text labels.

  4. Click Save.

    Saving the Rapid Creative template automatically adds the template to the Rapid Creative application and to the Templates Gallery.

  5. Preview and test the new template in the Rapid Creative application.

Deleting a Rapid Creative Template

Follow this procedure to delete one of your Rapid Creative templates.

Procedure

  1. In AAS, select Creative > Templates.

  2. Select the Rapid Creative filter to show Rapid Creative templates only.

  3. For the required template, select Delete.
