Rich Media Banner is a fixed-size ad format that includes the following attributes:

Maximum size is 100 MB. (The initial load can be set at 200 KB. For more information, see Add Polite Load to your HTML Ads.)

While Sizmek Ad Suite (SAS) ads can be up to 100 MB, ads must also follow the specifications of the publishers or DSPs that will ultimately run the ad.
