The Adhesion is an ad format that continually fixes to the bottom of the display while the user scrolls through the page. The banner always pins to the bottom, and disappears while the user is scrolling the page or rotating the device. Once the user is done with scrolling or orientation changes, the banner reappears.

Note

Note: You can customize the banner so that it does not disappear.

The Adhesion includes the following attributes:

  • Maximum size is 10 MB. (The initial load can be set at 300 KB. For more information, see Add polite load to your HTML ads.

    Note

    Notes:

    • While Amazon Ad Server (AAS) ads can be up to 10 MB, ads must also follow the specifications of the publishers or DSPs that will ultimately run the ad.

    • Maximum ad size can be increased beyond 10 MB upon request; however, you should check with your media partner to verify that the ad will not be rejected by the publisher.

  • Ad can contain multiple user interactions.

  • Ad can contain video.

  • Ad can expand to a larger panel.
